The '+' capacities are explicitly defined: 100+ double-sleeved / 120+ single-sleeved / 210+ unsleeved, based on standard 63x88mm cards with standard sleeve thickness (per manufacturer footnote). Interior cross-section (69-70mm) is smaller than a standard 76x102mm 35pt toploader in two axes, so toploaders do not fit. Vault X's older Premium eXo-Tec flip deck box line (which included a 135+ size) is no longer in the current US lineup; the Toploading 80+ and Sideloading 100+ are its replacements.
